Abstract
Information technology is the key factor to the growing of business operation, the implementation of information technology infrastructure should be continued developing. Most Taiwan companies have purchased information system equipments. This study focuses on the key factor of business information system equipments repurchasing behavior and thus develops the conceptual model. This study interviewed IT or MIS managers of companies in every industry and through self-administered questionnaire to analysis the key factor of business information system repurchasing behavior. This study use rational behavior theory to test the relation between the factors of business IT purchasing in the past and the evaluation of present information system equipments, and helping business information system venders deeply realize the actual needs of business users.
