Abstract
In this paper, We introduce a T-symplectic pencial which preserves the symplectic structure and reciprocal.Based on Patel's algorithm (1993) we proposed a Structured Algorithm_I (SA_I) for solving palindromic quadratic polynomial eigenvalue problem. With that we transform palindromic poloynomial with even degrees to palindromic quadrzation for three types and then use SA_I to present a numerical solution.
