Abstract
In recent years, the Government is actively promoting the National Research Program for Intelligent Electronics.The quartz compoment is one of positively essential parts among the key components of key industries, quartz components industry is capital and technology intensive industries, long-time monopoly in the hands of the Japanese manufacturers in recent years, TXC under the guidance of the business strategy, and continuously grow and prosper, not only break the monopoly of the Japanese companies also became the only Taiwan-based enterprises among the top five ranking in the world quartz industry. More in recent years, won the National Quality Award and the Industrial Technology Innovation Award. This research take the UNISON Decision Framework as the foundation, combined with the expert opinion of the management staff, to deconstruct the enterprise management elements of the high-efficiency quartz components company TXC. This article not only discusses the fundamental goal of the weight to make good use of tax incentives, strengthening for the core competencies, the implementation of research and innovation, cultivating customer relationships four strategies and extended to the 15 policy properties and complete outline of the strategic blueprint for their weights relationship.
