Abstract
Given that the Government makes an utmost effort to promote the digital integration of medical information, and nowadays almost everybody in Taiwan owns a smartphone, and the utilization of internet is becoming popular. So that in this thesis we designed a set of guidance system application, which divided into Patient-end and Medical staff-end. Combined with the existing clinical information, we actively expand it on clinical to predigest the steps and to avoid the disorders in exams, and thereby the medical staff could easily control the patient’s attendance status and simplify the exam procedures. Taking these advantages, this specific customized design on each exam for different users is not only enhancing the values on medical field, but also increasing the facility on clinical utilization.
