Abstract

曲率理論 瞬時常數 直線機構 解答平面 Curvature theory instantaneous invariants straight-line mechanism solution plane
本論文根據曲率理論 ( curvature theory ) 和瞬時常數(instantaneous invariants ) 的概念,建立數學式,進而發展一套新的合成方法來設計具特定運動方向之直線機構。其主要目的在於建立具特定運動方向之直線機構之解答平面。在此合成問題中,一個精確點及其運動方向為主要的設計參數,由設計者設定,而其他拘束條件則希望以實際設計的考慮為主,諸如桿長、直線長度、等速運動等,設計者可依實際需要,加以選擇拘束條件以建立解答平面;至於連桿合成中常見的Grashof 問題及分歧問題亦將被考慮,而將其顯現於解答平面,最後,將整個合成程序及技巧撰寫成交談式的電腦程式,可迅速地求得解答,並且將直線機構之解答平面應用於六連桿暫停機構的合成中。A new method of designing straight-line mechanisms based oncurvature theory and instantaneous invariants is discussed.Previously it has been shown that all of the potentialsolutions to a given synthesis problem may be represented in asolution plane. One precision position with the direction ofthe coupler point and the length of straight line have beenused as constraints for generating this plane which can besubdivided into mechanism types, then the feasible regions onthe plane can be found. Characteristics such as branch defectmust be also considered. The techniques for automatic synthesishave been implemented in an interactive computer program. Anumerical example of applying the program to an actual straight-line problem is provided to illustrate the procedure in detail.
