沸騰熱傳 微流道 鱗狀表面 boiling heat transfer micro-channel scale-shaped surface
Abstract The main The main purpose of this study is discussing the boiling heat transfer performance like boiling curve and critical heat flux of a copper micro-channel with scale-shaped surface. According to the experimental results, first of all, the critical heat flux will increase with the increasing of mass flux rate; Moreover, we found that the scale-shaped surface with tip angle of 45 °can get the highest critical heat flux; last, the experimental results showed that the scale-shaped surface with reverse arrangement have higher critical heat flux compared to the the scale-shaped surface with forward arrangement.
