Abstract
In this paper, we classify the famous curves into three kinds.The first kind is the polar coordinate curves defined byr=ρ(θ).The second kind is the parametric coordinate curves defined by h=(f(t), g(t)).The third kind is the Cartesian coordinate curves defined byu(x, y)=0.This paper presents the tangents and osculating circles of the famous curves in Cabri Geometry II, an interactive dynamic software of geometry.
