Abstract

呼吸面罩尺碼分類差異分析面罩檢測 Respirator MaskSizingForm-difference methodRespirator test
The purpose of this study is to utilize 3D head database to design respirator mask. Recently, as a result of 3D scanner technique appeared, 3D body anthropometry measurement became more easily. However, how to analyze these 3D body anthropometry data to apply to the production design is still not widespread investigating.Consequently, this study utilizes compatriot head database to design half-respirator mask. We hope to increase the fitness between mask and face. Firstly, this study uses anatomic software to mark 24 landmarks. Through these landmarks, we can calculate 33 dimensions such as face length and mouth width. Secondly, we utilize face length and mouth width to precede size. Through sizing, we decided three sizes L、M、S to regard as our sizing system. In every size group, we utilize form-difference method to obtain a standard interface curve. Based on face length and face width and mouth width, we can obtain a mask overskirt curve. Then, we can utilize this curve to project on everyone’s face to draw out the 3D contour. Finally, we lap each 3D contour to find out an average contour.
