Abstract
本研究乃利用Arthrobacter simplex進行氫化可體松（Hydrocortisone）△’－脫氫轉化反應。主要目的有二：一、從實驗上解析類固醇轉換之溶解平衡關係，並探討在Hydrocortisone結晶醱酵程序中，類固醇溶解舉動和微生物間的交互作用，以期能對共晶現象，作更深入之了解。二、利用菌體固定化技術進行Hydrocortisone之△’－脫氫轉化反應，對於菌體增殖，菌體固定化、類固醇轉換之酵素動力學等作基礎的研究，以探討連續操作之可行性。
