Abstract
The global science enterprises and industries have lived in very severe environment including lower cost, lower price, shorter cycle or delivery time and shower product life cycle for recent years, so the innovative capability become one of important indices to decide the competitive capability of an enterprise and if an enterprise can keep surviving in the market. The innovation of an enterprise is affected by management innovation deeply, so it is very important for an enterprise to do an effective management innovation. The way to keep competitive advantage of an enterprise is to innovate continuously. The purpose of innovation is to satisfy customer requirement. The aim of this research is to resolve the practical issues of quality management of an IC design house by using TRIZ. They includes the initial major quality issues of new products released to mass production and the chronic quality problems which had been encountered by subcontractor management of an IC design house for years. This paper is to research how to apply the tools and methodologies of TRIZ to identify the possible solutions of the said issues. The main contributions of this paper is listed as followings.(1) To provide a new methodology to resolve practical quality issues for IC design house and use TRIZ as an effective methodology and tools to effectively solve quality problems.(2) Cost, speed and flexibility are the main factors to successfully live in NAND Flash industries and this paper demonstrated TRIZ can provide rapid solutions to preventunnecessary trial & error and trade-off solutions to improve the waste of time and cost.(3) Successfully use methodologies of TRIZ like contradiction matrix, 40 inventive principles, sub-field and 76 standard solutions in solving quality management issues.(4) The aim of this research is to find IFR solution and resolve the traditional solutions for solving quality management which will consider quality as most important factor, but sacrifice cost and deliver or cycle time most of time.
