Abstract
描述以動力繞射理論計算倒晶格柱掃描的強度分佈,計算結果相當成功.並且本計算也提供了一個絕對的強度尺度,當在偵測晶體表面粗糙度時,可以提供一個較準確的結果.We supply a complete calculation of the surface X-ray rod-scan.The calculated result simulates the experimental intensity dis-tribution very well.And, this result give an absolute intensityscale to the rod profile, which makes the estimation of thesur- face roughness more correctly.
