Abstract

酚(phenol) 菌種篩選 PAA固定化 動力學質傳行為 氣舉式反應器 phenol, Isolation PAA-immobilized cells kinetic behavior air lift reactor
Isolation and identificatiom of the microorganisms,which are capable of degrading phenol, from the sludge of the chan-chun petro-chemical plant. And our experiment is using Candida tropicalis(NCYC 1503). Characterization of the biochemical peoperties of the strain and optimization of the cultivation conditions. Using polyacrylamide to immobilize cells, find that immobilized-cells is more efficient than free-cells in phenol removal. Investigation of the oxygen mass transfer behavior of PAA cell-beads, we get the constants of Michaelis-Menten (km=6.547 mg/l,Vm=0.007695 mg/lomin.og-beads) and the effective diffusion coefficient(De=8.4*10-5 cm2/sec). Investigation of the phenol mass transfer behavior of PAA cell-beads, we get the results that increasing of PAA diameter, the concentration of monomer and cell densities will decrease the effect of mass transfer of phenol diffusion. Refering to the ratio of cross-linking agent, when BIS/AA is 5%,we get the maxmum of De. When BIS/AA is 15%,we get the minimum of De. Investigation of the oxygen mass transfer behavior of our air-lift reactor, we get the results that the performance of the volumatric oxygen transfer coefficient(kLa) is more efficient than the other miniative aeration systems. We also have the other informations of kLa under various operation conditions (adding of phenol,PAA cell-beads and surfactant). Continuous degradation of phenol in air-lift reactor, our system can arrive the phenol removal efficiency of 96%,and the concentration of phenol is up to 5g/l.
