Abstract

微小機件 微弱噪音 Small Machine Element Weak Noise Signal
近年來工程上使用越來越多微小又精密的儀器, 但卻因為它們的體積太小, 造成無法使用一般傳統量測方法, 如量位移或加速度等, 來了解它們的動態行為。而本論文將發展一方形迴響箱量測系統與計算方法, 用來求得微小機件在作動時所輻射出來的微弱噪音頻譜, 藉以了解它的動態行為。因為使用迴響箱同時具有降低背景噪音, 以及提高微弱噪音, 進而改善雜訊比等優點, 所以經由方形迴響箱量測系統, 反算求得微小機件之微弱噪音頻譜, 確實比直接在自由聲場所量得的結果來的正確。Small and precision machine elements become more and more im-portant recently. Due to their small volumes, the response ofthe machine elements can't be measured by traditional methods.Although the tiny machine elements can generate only very lowlevel of noise during actuation, the information of the noisecould reflect the dynamic behavior of the elements. In thiswork, a technique was developed to measure the noise generatedfrom tiny machine elements. The experimental results showedthat the proposed method could not only reduce the effect ofbackground noise, but also amplify the noise level generated bythe tiny machine elements. The results also showed that thespectrum of noise could be indentified accurately by the pro-posed method.
