Abstract
This thesis dealt with the application of the natural compound (＋) - camphorsulfonic acid. We synthesized chiral camphor sulfonamide as auxiliaries to prepare iminoglycinate 97c and investigated asymmetric Michael addition with a series of α,β-unsaturated ester. After transamination, a series of alkaloids of the pyroglutamic acid derivatives could be obtained with different steroselectivities. Furthermore, a concise formal synthesis of (－)-α-Allokainic acid was reported.
