Abstract
已知小角散射理論很適合探討粒子大小10(A)~10000(A)的結構,而低密度脂蛋白大小約為220(A),故選擇以ｘ光為光源以期瞭解低密度脂蛋白的結構.The Small Angle X-ray Scattering method is a good way to studyon the structure of the particle with dimension at 10(A)~10000(A) and the LDL is about 220(A) in diameter, so we choose SAXStotudy the structure of LDL.
