Abstract

加砂水刀 混凝土 除役 核能電廠 Abrasive Waterjet Concrete Decommission Nuclear Power Plant
The study investigates the decommission of the nuclear power plant by the abrasive waterjet. Pressure, abrasive flow rate and cutting speed are selected for the experiment. The research includes metal-cutting and concrete-milling. Metal-cutting is considered for the tubes of cooling system in the nuclear power plant and the structure of reactors. The workpieces of 304L stainless steel and A572 alloy steel are chosen to explore the critical conditions of one-pass through-cut. Concrete-milling is considered for the containment and the equipments around the nuclear power plant. Two grades of compressive strength of the concrete, 35MPa and 14MPa, are chosen. Since the depth of the radiative contamination is several milimeters under the surface of the concrete, the surface milling is used to remove the contaminant and the milling depth is designed to the specified extent. The research selects the high pressure to exploit the use of the cutting speed and abrasive flow rate. The optimal parameters are determined in consideration of the processing cost.
