Abstract
We study the transport behavior of the spin current under varying spin-orbit coupling strength in the III-V semiconductor heterostructure, in which the Rashba term dominates the spin-orbit interaction. By the semiclassical methods, we numerically simulate the spin current conductace through the regular systems and the chaotic systems. In the regular systems, we recheck the regular spin conductance oscillation in narrow loops. In the chaotic systems, we slightly view the difference in the power spectra between the regular and chaotic narrow loops.
