Abstract
In this dissertation, the accuracy of displacement derivatives mesurement of electronic shearography was first examined. And then electronic shearography was applied to the virbrating aluminum plate with four edges clamped boundary condition. Finally, electronic shearography and modal analysis method were applied to the vibrating printed ciccuit boards, the location of maximum stresses occured wereobtained.
