Abstract

風力發電機 霍巴理論 低頓轉扭矩 Wind Power Generation Halbach Theory Low Cogging Torque
ABSTRACT As the technology in wind power generation has advanced and the market has rapidly grown in recent years, wind power has gradually switched from auxiliary to primary utility sources with green energy without pollution which contributes to both environmental and energy consideration. Since researches in wind power generators are still scarce in Taiwan, this thesis focuses on the analysis of power density, efficiency and cogging torque of small wind-power generators. We first review the traditional generator and analyze the magnetic circuits; and, we adopt the Halbach magnetic theory for our new design. We further verify the design via computer simulations on size effects, extended angles, and interleaves of magnet. The design of wind power generator provides sinusoidal magnetic flux density in slotless and coreless structure given by Halbach Array. After preliminary design is done, computer simulations in static and dynamic conditions are conducted with output performances with rated load under either Y or bridge-rectified DC connection. Finally, pros and cons between the proposed design and traditional design are concluded on performances and costs. Keywords:Wind Power Generation, Halbach Theory, Low Cogging Torque
