Abstract
Ignition of combustible stagnation-point flow is investigated in this work. The characteristics of ignition phenomena are described according to the relevant igniton criterion. Physically, the ignition is influenced by various system parameters. The models of premixed and non-premixed stagnation-point flows are adopted to analyze the effects of the wall temperature, flow strain rate and mass flux injected from the wall on the ignition delay and the consumptuion of rectants by using Van't Hoff criterion. In addition, the validity of Van't Hoff criterion is investigated.
