Abstract
From the Theory of dual-helix, two structures in the industry, minority of enterprises who integrate supply chain system and majority of inventors which focus on their own field, are replacing each other. With the growing of new technologies and the changing of management, the size of plastic-mold-maker becomes bigger and bigger. Like the theory of dual-helix, the way of mold-makers’ style is moving to the integrate side. Under this situation, the traditional mold-maker will meet some problems and difficulties as well. In order to find where their problems are and then how to deal with them, we did some research on literature reviews, surveys from 104 Taiwan’s plastic-mold-makers, and interviews from experts who came from industry, government and academic. Finally, we brought out a new fat butterfly.
