Abstract
由鵝鑾鼻鐵線蓮（Clematis terniflora ）地上部份之甲醇熱萃取液通過活性碳管柱色層分析，再以矽膠管柱色層分析法，氯仿一甲醇漸次增加極性沖提，分離得到結晶A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I 及J 等十種成份，經光譜分析、化學反應及氣相色層分析法，確定其結構如下：A:Phytosterol (Stigmasterol 及β-Sitosterol 之混晶）。B:Phytosteryl glycoside (Stigmasteryl-β-D-glucoside及β-sitosteryloβ-D-glucosideD:可能是長鏈之酮酸。E:可能含配醣體之長鏈醯胺類。F:Friedelin。G:α-Amyrin Acetate。H:Glutinol。I:Luppol。J:可能是三 類之飽和長鏈酯。其中D、E及J之構造，仍待進一步之鑑定。
