Abstract
Electronic chemicals are key elements for developing in semiconductor manufacturing process. In early stage, key materials or technology are mastered in the hands by Europe, America and Japan. With the industry of development several years, technology is more and more mature, electronic chemical manufacturers are mushrooming growing in Taiwan. Facing the fierce competition of market, enterprises must have a clear understanding of their positioning in the electronic chemical industry and try to increase the competitive advantage. So in this study, first we analyzed the situation of the semiconductor industry in order to learn industry status and future development trend. Then analyzes domestic electronic chemicals market and competition situation, we adopted five forces analysis and SWOT analysis to explore how the electronic chemical enterprise to set positioning strategy and keep long term competitive advantages.
