Abstract

磁阻馬達 同步磁阻馬達 開關磁阻馬達 Reluctance Motor Synchronous Reluctance Motor Switched
磁阻馬達係利用磁阻轉矩( Reluctance Torque 與驅動方式來分,磁阻馬達可分為同步磁阻馬達( Synchronous Reluctance Motor ( SwitchedReluctance Motor電力電子技術的進步,若能將其電磁 },可大幅提高其輸出轉矩,而極具應用潛力。本文係研究應如何設計高性能之磁阻馬達,並以二維非線性靜磁場( Nonlinear Magnetostatic析來進行馬達設計之驗證與性能計算。同時以 SANYO 公司所出品之O □迉說A以相同的框號(亦即相同的馬達外框)與轉子外徑 q流密度)為設計條件,比對同步磁阻馬達、開關磁阻馬達與無刷馬達 @同步磁阻馬達,驗證製造之可行性,以作為磁阻馬達於可變速驅動用 F至於在相同線電流密度之條件下,開關磁阻馬達具有最高之輸出轉矩,無刷馬達次之。而所試製之實驗型同步磁阻馬達其凸極比約為h約為無刷馬達之 58%。 蛂A第二章說明研究動機與範圍,第三章說明旋轉電動機之二維非 舅尷R,第四章說明磁阻馬達之能量轉換與轉矩產生原理,第五章 雯虷P步磁阻馬達與開關磁阻馬達之設計,第七章為結論與建議,第八章與第九章則為參考文獻與附錄。The torque in a reluctance motor is developed by virtue of inthe reluctance with the rotor position. In terms ofatures andexcitation, reluctance motors can be classified into switchedmotors and synchronous reluctance motors. With the rapid solidstate power converters and the corresponding increasing ofratio of reluctance motors, it appears that substantialbe madein the performance of reluctance motors and their potentialapplication in variable speed drives. This thesis is to studycontrol characteristics of high performance reluctance motors.A nonlinear magneto static finite element method is used forisand performance calculation. A comparison between theDCbrushless motor (SANYO BL-868), switched reluctance motor andreluctance motor in the same yoke frame and rotor diameter isAn experimental synchronous reluctance motor based on thenmethodology has also been fabricated for feasibility study andoperation. With the same linear current density, the switchedrhas the the highest output torque and it is better than the DC.The synchronous reluctance motor has the lowest output torque.ratio for the experimental synchronous reluctance motor is6.25. torque for the experimental synchronous reluctance motoris about of the DC brushless motor.
