Abstract
在我們平日所從事的活動,常常包括一系列的決策行為.而針對決策行為的研究,以模式化決策行為的觀點來區分,可區分為兩種方式:(1)一是以結果為注重焦點的決策行為模式;(2)一是以過程為注重焦點的決策行為模式.研究指出,處理的方式以結果為中心的決策行為模式不能真正表現出人類決策行為的特性.動態決策過程是一種以過程為中心的人類決策模式,可充份說明人類決策行為的特性.之後,雖有許多根據動態決策過程模擬出的操作流程,但是都不能充份表現出人類決策行為的特性.因此,本篇論文的目的即是要根據動態決策過程來設計一個決策輔助流程,藉由模擬人類決策行為的特性來幫助決策者做適當的決策.根據本篇論文目的,一個名叫交談式理想替換流程的決策輔助流程被提出.交談式理想替換流程的討論焦點放放在準繩空間,以一種分析與決策交互配合的方式根據替代理想的觀念讓決策者能對決策問題不斷地學習和修正,以充份表現出人類決策過程中不斷收集資料找出心目中最合適方案的動態決策特色.在本文中,第一章介紹研究動機和內容大綱;第二章,我們對決策過程相關文獻做探討.在第三章,建立交談式理想替換流程決策輔助流程.第四章,我們提出一個關於均衡營養問題做為說明交談式理想替換換流程的例子.最後,第五章作一綜合結論及未來研究方向的討論.The decision processes have been discussed extensively in theliterature. The dynamic decision process is a kind of process-oriented approach which exhibites the realistic human decisionbehavior in the descriptive form. The feature of dynamicdecision process is that during the period of decision makingprocess, the decision maker incessantly searches for theavailable information to discover the uncertain and unkownparts of a decision problem in order to minimize his/herregret. In this study, we design a decision-aid procedure toexhibit the feature of dynamic decision process so that it canfully support a decision maker to make a proper decision. Thisdecision-aid procedure is called Interactive Displaced IdealProcedure ( IDIP ) which is developed in a criteria space. Byadopting an interactive mode, IDIP matches the displaced idealconcepts to let the DM incessantly learn the decision problemsand make proper revisions in a rational and simple manner.
