Abstract
Abstart Among the synthesizing styles have been developed of six-bar mechanism, the toggled slider six-bar mechanism and the Watt-Ⅱslider six-bar mechanism have the property that there are easy to find the solution of toggled configuration on button depth center (B.D.C.) position, but the synthesizing style of Stevenson -Ⅲ slider six-bar mechanism is hard to find the solution of toggled configuration on B.D.C. position. On the case which we are hard to find the generation of Stevenson -Ⅲ slider six-bar mechanism. Here we use the mechanism deploy on B.D.C. position to find the synthesizing style with toggled situation on the B.D.C. position. In general, the parameter of synthesizing the punching machine is not the same to which of synthesizing the mechanism. Because we can not define the requests of the punching machine as the parameters of synthesizing mechanism, we usually need to modify mechanism parameters (such as linkage length) to reach the requests we want. Here we discuss the effect by changing the degree of ternary link of the Stevenson -Ⅲ slider six-bar mechanism on which of rated tonnage point, then use the result to modify relative mechanism.
