Abstract
Multitone CDMA (MT-CDMA) is a multiple access communication system based on the combination of Multitone transmission and Direct Sequence Spectrum Spreading (DS/SS) which is studied in this thesis. We develop three kinds of joint detectors for MT-CDMA in multiple path Rayleigh fading channel, and compare the effects for each receiver in the same environment. The resistance against a near-far scenario is discussed as well. Under synchronous case, and two-path channel, we derive the structures of the receivers introduced in [6], and we apply them to the case of the environment of multiple path with multitone transmission. We also analyze the problem of interference cancellation. Finally, we present some simulation results in the experiments.
