Abstract

有機發光二極體 刮刀塗佈 液態製程 大面積 連續下料 organic light-emitting diodes blade-only coating solution process large area continuous feeding material
The thesis aims to develop solution processed large-area(29.7 cm ×21 cm) blade-only method of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). In order to improve the problem which would be particularly serious in large-area device process, and the problem could be multi-layered structure of immiscible and uneven film thickness. We also develop the automated equipment for blade coating by cooperation with the company. To make large area solution process more consistent for process of roll-to-roll, we use blade only method in all methods of process. Currently, the best result can be done in an active area (15 cm×8 cm) which is lighting area. Further, another process method can be used is continuous feeding material for blade coating. Continuous feeding material compares with once feeding material could be much uniform for thin film. The best result which can be done is that the difference between the forepart and back part could be reduce to 5nm.
