Abstract

表面電漿 光熱偏折 Surface plasmon resonance Photothermal deflection
The study of surface plasmon resonance has become an important aspect in biomedical during the past decades. Yet a limited volume of research has been published regarding to the phenomenon when the heat dissipation of gold nano thin films at surface plasmon resonance. After designing the system which combines successfully the surface plasmon resonance and photothermal deflection system, the surface plasmon resonance of thermal signal can read out. On this account, this article firstly, based on our initial results the relationship of behavior of surface plasma resonance and heat dissipation. Thoroughly we showing the experimental results, surface plasma resonance absorption of light energy, and when the form of thermal release, the greater the degree of surface plasmon resonance measurements by photothermal deflection out of the greater amount of deflection, etc. The article briefly the phenomenon and discuss a series of preliminary inquiry.
