Abstract
This research focuses on the new product development process of customized product, addresses issues of early stage new product development and concerns of product attributes of customized product in small and medium-size panel from customer’s viewpoint. The study reviews literature discuss organization, process activity and project action examine the performance improvement.This research, based on technical feasibility evaluation process improvement, discusses and compares product development issues and performance before and after process improvement to enhance product development effectiveness. Due to the limited resources in company, technical feasibility evaluation process improvement to achieve effective project development by improved internal cohesion and project team consensus as well as enhanced external relationships with customers. Under customized new product development, combining process and product technical matrix can create products that better meet customer’s needs.
