Abstract
Vehicular ad hoc networks have been envisioned to be useful in road safety and many commercial applications. We design our own functions that we need and construct our GIS digital map which is used in a lot of VANET experiments.In the database design, we use the digital road map of the Institute of Transportation, Ministry Of Transportation And Communications to develop our GIS database.Driver not only use the Eeepad as GPS navigation software but also use it to record a webcam video.At the same time, Eeepad also names video data according to a specific format such as current location or date in the background.On the client side, Eeepad is responsible for integration of event data recorder, GPS navigation software, and operation of packets computation.On one hand, driver not only use the Eeepad as GPS navigation software but also use it to record a webcam video.At the same time, Eeepad also names video data according to a specific format such as current location or date in the background.On the other hand, people can get Latitude and longitude data from pad and information(photo or video) about real-time traffic from other user when they need to look up instantaneous traffic condition.
