Abstract

果蠅 長期記憶 不對稱體 中央複合體 Drosophila long-term memory asymmetric body central complex
At the macroscopic level, Drosophilabrain is symmetric. However, a region called asymmetric body (AB) located in part of fan-shaped body. The right side of AB is bigger than left side of AB in anatomy, and only right side of AB can be labeled by anti-FASII.Asymmetric body might be related to long-term memory.[1, 2]In the thesis, 2 drivers(VT43398 and VT5529) that contain asymmetric body neurons are related to long-term memory. Analysis of their polarity(dendrite and axon) show that their input neurons and output neurons existed in asymmetric body. 2 color and intersection test with LexA 5217 show that the two drivers express the same asymmetric body neurons. However, VT46271, which is express the same region in asymmetric body(two side of asymmetric body and fan-shaped body first layer), is not involved in long-term memory behavior test. So, 2 color and intersection test is used on VT46271 and 5217- LexA as well, in order to know whether VT46271 express the same neuron in asymmetric body with VT43398 and VT5529. Furthermore, 23 single neurons were used to establish asymmetric body neuronal map. We have found the connected region with asymmetric body. Then, analysis the single neurons by their morphology and MARCM polarity. At last, I divided them into six categories, and sketched the connected relationship of asymmetric body in Drosophila brain.
