Abstract
本文主要採用運動產生方式來合成經二精確點及三精確點之對稱耦點曲線機構。二精確點之對稱耦點曲線機構其解答是一個平面,選取範圍較大,而三精確之對稱耦點曲線機構因多了一個精確點的限制,所以,在解答平面上為有限的幾個點。在二精確點對稱耦點曲線機構的合成問題中,除了考慮桿長、傳動角外,並加入對稱軸、機械利益等拘束條件,使用者可輕易選取符合條件之最佳機構。此外,本文另外討論到經三精確點之特定械利益機構合成問題。至於連桿合成中常見的 Grashof問題及分歧問題亦將一並考慮。最後,應用電腦繪圖與動態模擬,可以迅速求得解答平面及其特性。In this study, symmetrical coupler curve mech- anism wasobtained with adepting motion generation to synthesize twoand three precise points. The solution for symmetricalcoupler curve mechanism through two precise points is aplane. The extent of solution will be wider than that ofthree precise points due to one more precise restrictedpoints, thus the solution for three precise points is acollection of some certain points. For two precise pointsproblem, in addition to length of linkage and transmissionangle,such res- tricted condition as symmetric axis andmechanical advantage (M.A) should be also taken into consi-deration to achieve the optimal mechanism. Besides, theproblem of three precise points concerning with certain M.Ais mentioned as well as Grashoff problem and Branch problem.Finally, their planar solution and characteristecs can bereched with the help of computer graphics and ani- matedsimulation.
