This research investigated the solar cell industry in new product development process, that is laws and regulations into line with the requirements of REACH, to ensure quality through the advance development of new products, new process or new supply chain synchronization project management and reaches into lower costs, defect prevention, continuous improvement, reduce variability, waste and customer satisfaction; in new product development process emphasize process-oriented, this study on green architecture and implementation of new product development process can be used for future research or related industries to import the time the REACH regulation reference to corporate social responsibility towards the green forward-looking sustainable. This case study applications can implement new product development, regulatory compliance REACH input and output data, complete and effectiveness of information transmission; new product development into the review mechanism to ensure the requirements of REACH legislation on the finished product, and can immediately improve the early detection of problems ; the development of new product development, recognition and validity to verify import laws and regulations to implement REACH in order to meet customer requirements ; develop testing standards to provide solar-cell factory of the industrial chain based on data consistency and trustworthiness.
