Abstract
Abstract Facing the pressures of globalization and low cost competition from developing countries, in order to survive and keep a continuity business, “Lean Production”- a small number of diversified productions, in recent years, has become a hot management issue, after Japan, among developed countries in America and Europe. It does make significant effect too. Therefore, relevant literatures on the modes of “Lean Production” and “Toyota Production System” have increased great in recent years. This study is a Taiwan to set up the Asia-Pacific operations center of the multinational companies. Import "Lean Production" mode of the FA Company for the study. Analysis of the “multinational companies in Taiwan branch”. They face of enterprises inside and outside the pressure of competition. How to import "Lean Production" mode, in manpower, space, equipment and limited funding, to develop their own modes of production, enhance the competitiveness of firms. General “small amount of diversity” flexible production or mixed lines production modes, mostly belong to the “same types with different styles of flexible (or mixed lines)” production modes. After a deep study found that the import "Lean Production" mode after; through appropriate organizational restructuring and personnel training, development of appropriate tools and fixtures, "different styles and different types" of products can be put on a same production line (space) production, build a truly consistent with "a small amount of diversity" and "mixed-mode of production flexibility." The conclusion of the study: Implement thinking of the "Lean Production", can indeed enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Subject to successful as a mirror and unite internal consensus, to the smooth implementation of the work. As long as we can out of our own path, Taiwan's manufacturing industry still has room for development. Hope that this study will provide various domestic industries, intends to import "Lean Production" enterprise system as a reference.
