Abstract

無感測器 無刷直流馬達 轉速控制 sensorless brushless DC motor speed control
本研究是針對徑向氣隙型無刷直流馬達進行無感測器設計與轉速 相迴路控制(Phase-Lock-Loop Control)。無刷直流馬達之運轉仰賴 子位置感測器,得知轉子磁極位置以產生適當換相訊號。此外並需n轉速感測器構成速度迴授迴路。本研究的第一部份是設計無感測器迉X法則,以取代這兩種感測器;第二部份則是針對設計完成的無感□馱?邦F進行數位式鎖相迴路控制。在本文的第一部份,先提出一穩定簡便的無感測器方式,檢出馬F轉子的磁極位置,使得無刷直流馬達在無霍爾元件的狀態下依然能蕭T運轉。再進一步對轉速檢出器提出一種無刷直流馬達轉速檢出方k,利用馬達三相線圈的換相訊號,產生FG數為12的脈波,提供控制僎i行轉速控制。本文的第二部份是對設計完成的無感測器無刷直流邦F進行數位式鎖相迴路(DPLL)轉速控制,DPLL控制器包含AFC與APC滼‘驉A其中以AFC控制器降低馬達的上升時間,以APC控制器改善轉t變動率。The thesis forcuses on sensorless design and speedontrol ofbrushless DC motor. The operation of brushless DCotor relies onposition sensors to detect the rotor magneticole position, andthen the proper commutation signal can bebtained. Besides, thespeed sensor is needed to constituteor speed feedback loop. Thefirst part of the thesis is totudy the sensorless algorithm toreplace position and speedensors of motor. The second part isto apply digital phase-ock loop (DPLL) control algorithm forthe sensorlessrushless DC motor. First, a steady, simplealgorithm for position sensorlesss proposed to detect rotormagnetic pole position. So thathe Brushless DC motor canoperate correctly without Hallensors. Then a speed sensorlessmethod is suggested for arushless DC motor in order to replacethe FG sensor whichs widely used in brushless DC motor. Thespeed sensorlessethod uses three phase commutation signal ofmotor toenerate a square wave, a FG-like wave, which can betreateds a FG sensor with 12 pulses each motor mechanicalperiod.he FG-like wave is used to give speed feedback signalforpeed control. Second, a digital phase lock loop speedcontroller issed for the full-sensorless brushless DC motor. ADPLLontroller constitutes automatic frequency controller (AFC)nd automatic phase controller (APC). AFC is used to decreaseisetime of motor speed, and APC is used to improve speedluctuationof motor.
