Abstract
In this thesis, we give some partial result of Nicholson-Bailey Host-Parasite Model. First, we consider the simplest form of this model without dispersing and show that the fixed points of this case are unstable. And we prove that in this case there is no period two solution. Second, we extend this case to some special form and give same local results.
