本論文在研討細胞的逆境反應中,如何經由磷酸化及轉錄因子的調節,來引發葡萄糖調控蛋白grp78的生合成與其基因表現。We have previously shown that treatment of okadaic acid (OA)followed by heatshock (HS) (termed OA->HS) leads to rapidtransaction of the 78 kDa glucose-regulated protein gene (grp78)in 9L Rat brain tumor cells.
