Abstract
This is a business plan for industrial goat farming. This plan was written for real-use and implementation and is also as the author’s EMBA thesis paper. This business, sheep meat production, is already started and is in the fund-raising and construction planning stage. The team has already been working full-time on this project for six months now. Several investors have already gone to Xuzhou to evaluate the project and discuss investment terms. Hopefully this business can succeed and this business plan can serve use to other entrepreneurs. This plan was written in accordance with the suggestions in the reviewed literature. This project is representative of an early-stage investment project. The team has not started operations or even physical construction of the project, so the team must convince an investor to put out money for this plan and team.
