Abstract
This study aims at the female school teachers who teach full-time but are also expected to bear a major portion of domestic works as a traditional house life. Using questionnaires, interviews and participant observation,I have gathered the data that will help us understand hope these individuals who are actually carrying the tasks of two full-time jobs,as a teacher as well as a house wife cope with the pressures from these two work places. Specifically,I identify the sources of pressures and analyzed how each of these five informants deal with their role conflicts and developed a pattern to balance the demands of two work places.
