Abstract
本文之目的在於探討平行分度凸輪之設計方法,並以凸輪與從動滾子間的接觸應力為目標函數,進行凸輪尺寸的最佳化設計。首先,介紹幾種常用的凸輪曲線公式及其應用場合。接著說明如何以倒置法求出平行分度凸輪輪廓之計算式,並探討所必須考慮的理論外徑條件、防止過切條件、壓力角條件。然後,以實例說明凸輪輪廓的計算結果,並檢驗其壓力角、正向力、曲率半徑及接觸應力等各項特性值的變化情形。最後,以降低接觸應力極值為目標,對平行分度凸輪的尺寸進行最佳化設計。An analytical method is presented in this work for determiningthe parametric equations of parallel index cam profile and itspressure angle, radius of curvature and undercutting conditionprovided that the displacement function of the follower andrelated system parameters are specified. Universal displacementfunction and some frequently used displacement functions, whichare special forms of universal displacement function, offollower are derived. A procedure for the optimal design ofparallel index cam is then developed in which the contactstress is minimized subject to the constraints of the minimumvalue of the radius of curvature and the maximum value of thepressure angle. The nature and capabilities of these designprocedures are illustrated by means of examples.
