生質柴油 微型渦輪機 熱回收系統 實驗測試 性能分析 biodiesel microturbine heat recovery system experiment performance analysis
The Bureau of Energy under the Ministry of Economic Affairs proposed a policy to promote the addition of 1% biodiesel (called B1) into diesel in domestic utilization in july 15, 2008 followed by the addition of 2% biodiesel (called B2) by june 15, 2010. It is important to use biomass as an alternative energy to protect the environment in the future. Nowadays microturbine combined heat recovery systems have become the mainstream trend in distributed power generation. The conventional microturbines have increased efficiency and utilization of renewable fuel. Therefore, the objective of this thesis is to test the feasibility of integration of microturbine with a heat recovery system and performance of the system when fueled by a mixture of biodiesel and petrodiesel. This research can be divided into two parts: the experimental part and the performance analysis. In the experimental part, the microturbine was fuel with mixture of biodiesel and petrodiesel with volumetric concentration from 10% to 30%. The engine parameters and exhaust emissions were recorded by a Data Acquisition Recorder. In order to analyze the performance of the system, GasTurb, a turbine engine performance analysis program, was employed to calculate various system components efficiency and overall efficiency by using recorded data. The comparison of the experimental result and the simulation were used to predict the effects of fueling engine by 100% biodiesel on the system performance. Overall, this project were concluded by preparing a performance and exhaust emissions database to assist companies and research groups to design microturbine fueled by biodiesel with different concentrations.
