Abstract
Abstract The object of the investigation is to develope a method of vibration testing on Microturbine rotor. We build this method with two major parts - hardward setting and softward deading to erect a standard process of testing and discuss, and discuss about the advantage and disvatage on it, finally. Structure vibration analysis is the basic theory of discussing the question of rotor vibration with time domain and frequency domain analysis. We make the discussion on the principle and daily choice with windows function to the question that the signal dealt with. According to the data acquistion system in our labiratory, we enhance the function on hardward setting; choose the proper sensors and correct working technique, and pick the insufficient place of this system, dealing with softward to mend strongly to the data. In order to overcome the noise in the experiment environment, we select MATLAB softward for use to be isolated signal making from the noise so that we can analyse clearly. Finally, we apply this system in static and dynamic testing research. In experiment, We choose three kinds of different Microturbine rotors. Adjust the peripheral equipment of hardware according to different states, and state the item that the experiment should be paid attention to while erecting. After finishing the experiment testing, we use DyRoBeS softward to simulated, and compare with the testing result in the reference, to verity the dependability of this set of experiments method.
