Abstract

Within these few years, substances with micrometer and nanometer structure have been greatly noticed so as to be regarded as a very influential and potential kind of material in application. Not until the development of the micrometers did scientists begin doing researches in this field. In addition to the development of the carbon microtube and nanotube, they have been studying quite a lot about preparing the micro carbon tube in different materials. Up to now, there have been several methods to prepare the carbon microtube, yet they haven’t reached the goal of completing an excellent method enough to get a simple preparation with low cost and high added value. Thus, this paper is mainly about how to manufacture the carbon microtube and titanium dioxide microtube with a much better preparation method than before. In this paper, the writer was referred to the researches of developing “conductive polymers”, which had been studied in this laboratory. And correspondingly, we are the first to give the proposal of “novelty but simple preparation method of the carbon tube” in order to prepare carbon microtube in different shapes. We use different fibers coated with “high particles as Electricity conductor” and then get the microtube from the forge under high temperature. We observe the superficies of the carbon microtube and study its element and the quality measurement. Since such a simple and novelty preparation method of the carbon tube, which we develop in this lab, only needs the alteration of the coated fiber materials in different shapes so as to get the carbon tube in different shapes. The research is very promising with not only simple preparation but also cheap costs. In this research, the writer was also referred to the new concepts of “Using (PAni) as a replaceable response of reduction”. And correspondingly, we are the first to give the proposal of “novelty but simple preparation method of carbon tube” in order to prepare the hollow tube with titanium dioxide. We use PET fibers coated with a layer of conductive polymers and then we spread out the superficies and coat the surface with several layers of titanium dioxide and after all the necessary processings. We finally get the hollow tube with titanium dioxide from the forge under high temperature. In the end, we do the research by observing the superficies, judgng the crystalloid and studying its element measurement. Since such a simple and novelty preparation method of the hollow tube with titanium dioxide, which we develop in this lab, only needs the alteration of the size of the fiber materials so as to get the hollow tube of micrometer and of nanometer in the structure of one or two dimensions. In this study, we also find a very interesting phenomenon on the surface and the stack of the titanium dioxide tube prepared by means of the method in this study. Therefore, we believe that we will achieve an enormous development and application if we go on the research adherently. According to the findings in this paper, the methods we develop in this lab are very good in the field of the preparation of the micro-hollow-tubes, either of carbon tube or of titanium dioxide tube, because the preparation is very simple and the cast is low with the advantages of no length limit and of the applications to a great extent. In the future, we can utilize the carbon tube and titanium dioxide tube for more domains. We will be engaged in the use of various effective materials. Hopefully, we will command a great prospect in development.
