Abstract

Myoglobin is an earliest known, commercially available,cardiac marker of acute myocardial infarction, AMI. There are many immuno-chemical methods have been to test for the presence of cardiac markers. However, the need for early diagnosis of AMI is of utmost importance because of the maximal benefit of therapy and prognosis is achieved by treatment commenced within 6 h of infarction. Therefore, rapid assay for identified with AMI has been or are being developed. Immunochromatographic strip assay is one of the methods. Immunochromatographic strip assay is considered the simple, convenient and reliable method for diagnosis of many diseases. This research relates to a novel one-step diagnostic test which is used a method of providing an accurate, simplest and more rapid assessment of myoglobin. The current study utilizes the common reactive dyes to dye antibodies for the purpose of developing a new immune assay technique. In this study, monoclonal antibody to human myoglobin were produced and to react with reactive dye.
