Abstract
With the electronics industry facing customer demand for a green supply chain, suppliers are often asked for QC080000 certification. Suppliers who qualify for QC080000 certification can meet customer demand for hazardous-substance-free products. In this way, suppliers who can obtain a QC080000 certificate can improve customer satisfaction and receive more orders. The primary purpose of this study is to provide the industry with a reference sample for establishing a QC080000 system that will help companies expedite their completion of a QC080000 system certification. This study adopts the methodology of the “subject achievement QC Story” and names the subject as “The establishment of a QC080000 system”. This study provides the industry with a reference sample for establishing a QC080000 system that will help companies expedite their completion of a QC080000 system certification, and enable decision-makers to better understand the process of setting up an efficient process to establish an appropriate QC080000 system according to their own requirements. Practically, this study may help companies save on consulting fees and avoid QC080000 system problems in advance.
