Abstract
The target of this thesis is to design an automatic gain control amplifier for wireless communication application. Automatic gain control (AGC) is usually employed in the systems where the amplitude of an input signal varies over a wide dynamic range. By feedback type AGC, it can automatically sense the strength of the output signal and modify the gain of variable gain amplifier (VGA) to keep stable output signal strength.
