Abstract
A low-phase noise DC-offset elimination frequency synthesizer (FS) and a low-power injection-locked frequency divider (ILFD) for WCDMA direct conversion downlink receiver are produced by 0.35um SiGe technology. This paper also analyzed the WCDMA from 3GPP system standard to define all the specifications of receiver blocks, from LNA to ADC.
