Abstract
Flexible display currently on the market has already requested a lot of orders. In order to satisfy the market request, many major companies are making every effort to develop new applications of flexible display. Besides, the new product development schedule is direct impact the majority of the market choice. If unable to catch the market opportunities, the follow-up products can only move toward price-cutting competition. In this case, the optical whiteness of flexible display will be shifted by lighting, then it is impossible to use in a long time. The Lab. researchers directly adjust the recipes by trial and error method, but the improvement is extremely slow. They can't find out the optimum recipes and even the key parameters are still recognized. In this study, we want to improve the shifted optical whiteness of flexible display and hope to use Taguchi methods to assist the Lab. researchers to implement a systematic experimental arrangement. Also because of the parameter design, they obtain the great optics improvement in the short time and excite the flexure display market.
