Abstract
This thesis’s major study is the business strategy and management of growing in cooperation managing process. This study selected a domestic embedded non-volatile memory silicon intellectual property company, through the company’s SIP growth and development of case study, to understand and analyze a SIP company facing strong competition from competitors and rapidly change of semiconductor technology,using the dynamic capability theory as a basis and referring to capability life-cycle perspective, by analyzing the revenue decline phenomenon, this study propose company dynamic capability life-cycle to assist managers besides the pursuit of financial growth to always observe the technological innovation and limitation and change as effective management of the key points of dynamic capabilities. And based on the three basic growth strategy of enterprise, analyzing and proposing growth strategy options and analyzing technical merit of product, this study proposed key technology new product development and market development for today’s growing development focus and proposes recommendations practice for future enterprise growth as the company sustainable management strategy reference.
